Shipping to most governorates is available at a flat rate of 85 EGP.
Southern Governorates & South Sinai
For locations in Upper Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh, and other southern cities, the shipping fee is 95EGP.

Terms & Timeframe — الشروط والمدة الزمنية
Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. The product must remain in its original condition without any modifications. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
يجب تقديم طلبات الإرجاع والاستبدال خلال ٧ أيام من استلام الطلب. يجب أن يبقى المنتج في حالته الأصلية دون أي تعديلات. لن تُقبل الطلبات المقدمة بعد هذه المدة.
Returns or Exchanges — الإرجاع أو الاستبدال
If the product is in excellent condition and does not have a manufacturing defect or a valid reason for return or exchange, the customer is responsible for both-way shipping costs, ranging from EGP 160 to EGP 180, even during free shipping promotions.
إذا كان المنتج في حالة ممتازة ولا يعاني من عيب تصنيعي أو سبب وجيه للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا، والتي تتراوح بين ١٦٠ و١٨٠ جنيهًا مصريًا، حتى خلال عروض الشحن المجاني.
Damaged or Incorrect Products — المنتجات التالفة أو غير الصحيحة
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement with no additional shipping charges, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو معيب أو غير صحيح، سنقوم باستبداله مجانًا دون أي رسوم شحن إضافية، بشرط تقديم الطلب خلال ٧ أيام من استلام الطلب.
Customer Misuse — سوء استخدام العميل
Any product damaged as a result of customer misuse is not eligible for return or exchange.
لا يُمكن إرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج تضرر نتيجة سوء استخدام العميل.
During Free Shipping Promotions — خلال عروض الشحن المجاني
If the product is in good condition and free from defects, the customer is responsible for both-way shipping costs in the case of a return or exchange during free shipping promotions.
إذا كان المنتج في حالة جيدة وخاليًا من العيوب، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا في حالة الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال عروض الشحن المجاني.
Multiple Requests — طلبات متعددة
If a customer requests a return and an exchange for two products at the same time, the request will only be approved if the shipment contains more than one product.
في حال طلب العميل إرجاع واستبدال منتجين في آنٍ واحد، لن تتم الموافقة على الطلب إلا إذا كانت الشحنة تحتوي على أكثر من منتج واحد.
Refund Methods — طرق الاسترداد
Refunds are processed exclusively through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within one day after the returned product is received and inspected.
تُجرى عمليات الاسترداد حصريًا عبر InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash خلال يوم واحد من استلام المنتج المُعاد وفحصه.
Refusal After Inspection — الرفض بعد الفحص
If the customer refuses to accept the order during the initial inspection in the presence of the delivery representative, a fee of EGP 80 will be deducted.
في حال رفض العميل استلام الطلب أثناء الفحص الأولي بحضور مندوب التوصيل، سيتم خصم رسوم قدرها ٨٠ جنيهًا مصريًا.
